The newest ingredient, beta-sistosterol, is the most active constituent of pygeum and interferes with the formation of prostaglandins that cause swelling in the prostate.
CO2 Saw Palmetto extract standardized to contain 85 - 95%% free fatty acids and sterols. Aqueous 20% methanolic Stinging Nettle extract contains no residual methane.
